Help Section
Members are able to manage their listings through the "My Account" section. Using a single member account, members can manage both services provided and services requested. A member can be a provider, a consumer or both.
Service Provider - Managing Listed Services
Service Providers have full control of their own service listings.
Important Notice
As a Service Provider you must be responsible by yourself to comply with New Zealand Fair Training Act and Consumer Guarantees Act before you post your service to us.
- Adding a New Service Listing

To add a new listing, click the My Account > Provider of Service > My Services then "Add New Service" link at the top-right corner of the content page or alternatively, you can add an item while you browse the categories in the homepage.Service listing sectionsService Details -The basic information of your service including the availability and your contact information.Marketing -The style and class of advertisement together with parameters affecting the sale of the service offered can be found in this section.Media -The video and photos of your service can be uploaded in this section.Confirmation -Allows you to review the details and confirm when ready.Important ReferenceBanned servicesService providers must ensure that all their listings comply with our terms and conditions. We will remove nonconforming listings . Continued violation will result in account suspension and removal of all listings .
- Promoting a Service Listing

To promote an existing item, click the My Account > Provider of Service > My Services then from your active service item, click the button "Promote" or alternatively, you can select the "Promote" button when you are viewing your listings via the categories in the homepage.
- Editing a Service Listing's Details

To edit an existing listing, click the My Account > Provider of Service > My Services then click the "Edit Details" button corresponding to the existing listing that you wish to edit. Editing a listing only affects the listed services description details and the providers contact details .Important Note:Any changes to a listing's details are only applicable to future transactions. An existing transaction will not be affected by any changes unless it is in the Consumer's favour.
- Withdrawing a Service Listing

To withdraw a service, click My Account > Provider of Service > My Services then choose the service you wish to withdraw and click the "Withdraw" button.Service that is withdrawn will be displayed on the "Expired & Withdrawn Services" page.
- Renewing an Expired Service listing

To renew an expired service, click My Account > Provider of Service > Expired & Withdrawn Services then choose the listing you wish to renew. Click the "Renew" button, a dropdown message will confirm your action if you want to proceed .Important Tip:If you are not happy with the current marketing options or the media of your listing, you have the option to make changes prior to renewal. icon corresponding with the desired listing. - Reactivating a Service Listing

To reactivate a withdrawn listing, click My Account > Provider of Service > Expired & Withdrawn Services then click the "Relist" button. For expired listings, please see "Renewing an Expired Service Listing".
- Deleting a Service Listing

Assuming your listing has not expired, deleting your service listing is a two step process.Steps:First step: click My Account > Provider of Service > My Services and withdraw the service you plan to delete.
Second step: click 'Provider of Service > Expired & Withdrawn Services' and delete the desired listing by clicking the associated "Delete" button.For an expired listing, you only need to concern yourself with the second step.
Consumer Managing Job
Consumer has full control of their own job listing.
Important Notice
As Consumer, you must know the laws that protect you from your purchases, the links will help you to understand before you make trades to the Service Providers. New Zealand Fair Training Act and Consumer Guarantees Act.

To withdraw a job, click My Account > Consumer of Service > My Jobs then choose the job you wish to withdraw and click the "Withdraw" button.Jobs that are withdrawn will be displayed on the "Expired & Withdrawn Jobs" page.
- Renewing an expired Job Listing

To renew an expired job, click My Account > Consumer of Service > Expired & Withdrawn Jobs then choose the listing you wish to renew. Click the "Renew" button, a dropdown message will confirm your action if you want to proceed.Important Note:If the job has an existing offer, a dropdown message will display the following.This job has available "Offer/s". If you continue, you will lose all of those.
