To have an account with All Services, you need to register via our online form. The information we collect in the form will be used for making contact with you. We encourage our members to provide as up to date and accurate information as possible. The information you enter will be key to your successful interaction with both AllServices and your trading partners.
The Registration


Registration is totally free. Registration is a two-step process which protects against any attempted bogus registrations. To register you need to select Register from the top right hand corner under the main menu. You should read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before you register. The Steps are:
  1. Filling-in of the online form.
  2. Confirmation via email to verify the validity of your email address.
I did not receive the confirmation email after registering.
Please check your Spam folder, as sometimes our email can be mistaken for spam just like some emails of other legitimate websites. If for some reason the email did not arrive, then you must add noreply@allservices.co.nz to your address book and initiate the re-sending of your confirmation email by logging in to the site and clicking on the "resend verification" link
What happens to my unverified account?
For security reasons, all unverified accounts will be removed from the system after 3 days.
Why is my account locked?
An account will be locked if we identify a threat to your account. If your account is locked, your services or jobs will still be shown and members can still enter into transactions. The only thing you need to do is to email our free support to reactivate your account.
What should I do if my account is suspended?
You need to email support to help you with this issue. We typically suspend an account due to misconduct such as inappropriate use of our services or offensive behaviour. Serious offences such as fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities for further investigation and result in automatic account termination.

What will happen if I have an existing transaction with a suspended Provider?
You have to directly communicate with your provider, AllServices does not have any complete record of your transaction.

Forgot your password?
If you forget your password, you can request for a new one via our login page. We will send an email allowing you to change your password.
The Account
Having an account with us means you can login to the website and be able to list either jobs or services. We provide you total control over your job or service listings. For every step of every transaction, we will send you email notification to help you decide what action to take. You may change your email address, password and contact information via the "Membership details".
How helpful are your Tax Details?
Your tax information helps to verify if your business is registered. A registered business will provide the client with confidence when dealing with you as their Service Provider.
Status
Status is basically the summary of progress with regards to your service and/or transactions. The current membership status and other preferences will help you gauge and manage how your business is presented on our website.
Verified through
New members are initially unverified and the following criteria of verification applies:
  1. Initial members - Unverified
  2. through Business Address Mail Verification- Address Verified
  3. through GST number - GST Verified
  4. through Business Registration number (from http://www.business.govt.nz) - Business Verified
Verification status has proven to be helpful by giving a customer greater confidence in dealing with your business.
Basic Member Trading Limit
A basic member may have 10 concurrent requests for services at any given time. Every request granted by the provider will open a slot for the next available future request.
Services & Jobs Listed
These are the number of items you've listed which are currently active. Expired, Withdrawn and Deleted services are not included. The counters are links to your Active Services and Active Jobs page.
Reviews
The total number of reviews you have received from Consumers. Reviews from Expired, Withdrawn and Deleted services are not included. The counter is a link to your reviews page.
Successful transactions
The total number of successful transactions. A transaction can either be a service you have provided or a job that you listed and was successfully completed by a service provider.
Preferences

The system allows you to set your own preferred settings so you can control how the system interacts with you as you build and run your business. Notification and privacy settings can be set to meet your requirements.
Account Privacy
Show my email address in my profile
In your profile page, you have an option to show your email address to allow logged-in members to contact you. Though this will provide good results to your business, but this may also bring vulnerability such as unsolicited emails. By default this option is unchecked. You may activate this at your own discretion.
Show my phone number in my profile
In your profile page, you have an option to show your phone number to allow logged-in members to contact you. Though this provides good results to your business, but this may also be used by others for different purposes.
Show my mobile number in my profile
In your profile page, you have an option to show your mobile number to allow logged-in members to contact you. Though this provides good results to your business, but this may also be used by others for different purposes.
Notification
Subscribe to new listings (Temporarily disabled feature)
This subscription for new listings is currently scheduled once a day. The listing is limited to first 10 or first related 10 services or jobs of the subscribers interest including its own service or job if posted on the same day.
Notify me of my watched jobs activity
A notification will be sent via email if there is any activity on the jobs you've subscribed to watch.
Notify me of my watched services activity

Notify me when an offer exceeds my job budget
This option applies to all your existing jobs. By default, this option is unchecked. To receive an offer that exceeds your job budget, you need to check this option.
